Help for Displaced Homemakers and Single Parents at Project Self-Sufficiency of Sussex County

Single parents and displaced homemakers account for the largest group of participants at Project Self-Sufficiency.
Following an initial intake, single parents and displaced homemakers in the Sussex County, New Jersey area are invited to take advantage of the following services:

Counseling and Referral;

Career Guidance;
-
Job Placement;
-
Emergency Basic Needs Assistance, such as food, clothing and help with utility bills;

High School Diploma and literacy help;
The Single Parent Displaced Homemaker program at Project Self-Sufficiency is funded by the New Jersey Department of Children & Families, New Jersey Division on Women.
