Fresh Start for Families is a program of hope and recovery. Families who are participating in substance abuse treatment programs, and those who have been recently discharged, are welcome to receive the following substance abuse support services from Project Self-Sufficiency:
- Weekly Home Visits
- Supportive Counseling
- Family-Centered Parenting Classes
- Family Activities
- Support Services
- Economic Self-Sufficiency Services
- Help with Relapse Prevention
- Life Skills and Home Management Education
- Education and Careering Services
- Emergency Basic Needs Assistance
The program is free to recovering chemically dependent women and their children. Services are offered at Project Self-Sufficiency as well as in participants' homes, Monday - Friday, with day and evening hours.
